the way they laid off people is , call you to your boss office and walked you out immediately, I even did not get chance to collect my personal stuff, HR walked people out of parking area even, everybody who got laid off gets same treatment like that,

I called HR to request explanation, HR rejected to explain, keeps saying that is standard package for every US employee who got laid off, I told HR I did have evidence to prove that my package is different from others, HR told me to talk to my lawyer,

How can I do ?

Take the loss ? I don't want to go back to work for that company like other employees there. The company has bad reputation in the industry, I just want to know if there is anyway that I can complain ?
