Before Christmas, I had a conversation with group leader. It was supposed to be a mild talk. In stead, we talked about some serious issues and ended up a big fight. This abysmal conversation really affected morale. My superviser today practically gave me a warning that I have to show positive attitude. I know it is my cue to leave. unfortunately job market is not great as everyone knows. What can I do under the circumstances?
