我们这的做法是，比如说总共100 testcases, QA will say "go" only if 95% of the test cases passed.

If you only give us 1 week we can only finish 40% of the test cases, sorry, we cannnot sign off the release.

If you still want to release the problematic software, go ahead but we QA people didn't sign off and we are not responsible for any issues.
