Well, I can't agree with what you said.

It is rediculous to say a person has good expereice or is good if he wrote millions lines of code. it is simple because a loop can be expended to thousands lines of code and still do the same thing.

But it is reasonable to say that a person lack esperience if he the biggest project he worked had only 15 thousand lines of code. what can 15000 lines do in a complicated system? I personally can write that much of high quality code in a week.
