求教: 烧了的桥能走吗?

去年接了一个公司的offer，签了offer letter，后来有另一家公司给我offer, 我对
第二家工作更感兴趣，所以就耍赖，给第一个公司HR Manager发个电邮说不去了。
现在下岗了，发现第一家公司又在招人。

请问，像这种情况，能再试试吗? 会不会自讨没趣呢? 如果没签offer letter, 我
早就厚着脸皮又apply了。问题是，签了offer letter, 又不去，留给他们的印象一
定不好。请问，像这种情况，能再试试吗? 会不会自讨没趣呢? 如果要试，怎么作
比较好能呢? 我有他们一个employee的电邮，偶尔会问候一下。能找她先探谈探口
风吗?
