郁闷，今天老板做年终评估说我没有TEAM WORK SPIRIT

我性格比较内向，又是公司唯一的中国人。他说我缺乏团队精神我不太赞同。其实公司的很多事情开会时我能提建议都提，很多程序还是我建立的。工作上的团对精神我是有的，但在日常事务中，和很多同事也没有太多共同语言，大概是文化差异和语言差异。

很郁闷，你们遇到这种情况没有？
