我该怎么做？

被雷掉快2个月了，圣诞节前有个面试。是自己很喜欢的一家公司。第二轮是单独和一个亚洲慢慢面试。她是公司的一个主要的技术人员，资历很老了.我们聊了近2个小时。最后我直接问她我拿到这份工作的机会有多大， 她告诉我前面的几个面试我的人都比较喜欢另外一个印度mm,因为印度mm英语比我好一些。可是她想找一个technical background 强一些，可以在工作中帮她分担一下，让她有一些时间写写code,学些新技术（她现在每天都忙着一些乱七八脏的data 方面的事情，很想写写code,不至于技术上太落后，可是就是没有时间）听完她的回答之后，我赶忙强调我的技术很强，我很乐意帮她free up 她的时间。后来又聊了一些印度人的事情，好像她对印度人不是很感冒。回来后我觉着没戏了，因为她说过前面的几个人包括她的老板比较喜欢另外一个印度mm.可是2个小时之后，她的老板发信过来说他要去两个礼拜的vacation,希望回来之后可以和我继续converstaion, 不知道什么意思。下个礼拜她和她的老板就都回来上班了，我该怎么做才能争取到更大的希望拿到这份工作呢？ 多谢
