If you have no problem in communicating effectively, don't worry

the indian girl's better English. It doesn't matter. The final decision will depend on 1). your technical background and if you have convinced them in the interview, 2). if they think your would be a good fit for the team. 3). If you are applying for a relatively junior position, they may consider if you have potential.
