It is not too late that you realized that you have communication problem. "Work smart" is more important than "work hard." This holiday gives you a good opportunity to get along with your family. Remember that, my friend, the family always is the most important in your life. If you cannot fit in the current job, I suggest that you should find a suitable job ASAP. However, you can change job, but you cannot change family. Now, the most important thing that you should do is to maintain your family relationship.
