particularly people skills, if those rarely came to mind. How to be proactive, how to be courteous, how to be helpful, how to be responsive, how to be considerate, how to be a good team, how to be responsible, how to make hard decisions in bad situations...

Wouldn't everyone love to work with someone with all or at least some of these traits?
