What kind of job is that?

Why 全组在加班? What's the problem? Who made it? It looks like something is not working -- it looks like time killing.

I don't work on weekends at all, I take all vocations, personal days, never let family days accrued too much. Well, I do work, but not for my job, for different things -- networking, recreating, and trying some idea own my own that may or may not work, ready for prime time stuff.

You don't show people anything that's not working, something is really off -- "refresh memory"? com'on:).
