工资不高，时间紧迫，这事儿我应该怎么谈？ (图)

上个月我发过一个贴子，问面试后快一个月没有消息，是不是要主动问一下招聘公司。坛子里有朋友给建议ＭＯＶＥ ＯＮ，也觉得是这个道理，后来再没理会。没想到前2天这个公司又电话我想约第二次面试，昨天去了之后感觉还不错。还没等我发感谢信，今天上午他们电话给我ＯＦＦＥＲ，可是我现在的情况有些特殊，想请各位再给点建议，先谢谢了！情况如下： 1，我现在在等工卡和绿卡，8月12号去打指模，但是他们希望我8月11号开始上班（当时面试的时候问我可不可以马上上班，我说没问题）。听朋友说工卡很快，打指模不到一个月就能拿到，但是我没办法给出具体时间。 2，这是个市场工作，而且要回国出差。我的优势是有经验，懂中文，劣势是英文能达到互相明白的地步但是不能讲究语法或是很美国化的用语（还在学习中），我在ＳＡＬＡＲＹ。ＣＯＭ 上查这种工作在我们这个地区的大概ＲＡＮＧＥ是46000－69000，但是他们给我的比最低价还要低。 我现在的困惑是，想跟他们谈工资至少应该在这个中间范围，但是我的工卡时间又让我没有底气，请教坛子里的朋友该怎么去谈呢？另外，美国的工作有试用期一说吗？比如试用期过后再涨工资？ 在线等。。。。
