公司来了最终的offer，要求我最迟不得晚于11月15日去公司上班。
在该公司的一个中国哥们，建议我在washington租房住，然后开车去上班。因为公司附近的房租太贵。这里有两个问题请教。
1.我有加拿大的G牌，在美国开车，需要换驾照吗？换驾照需要什么相关的条件和文件。
2.该哥们建议我在washington租房住，给了我一个网址。不过该网址不提供我想要的租房方式，比如，有中国人租了3室一厅的房子，我租其中一间，有中国人买了房子，我租其中一间（这两种方式在加拿大很常见，不知在美国可行不。）
