If you were in my shoes, watching my dear son from a healthy boy to a sickly autistic one, couldn't understand human language, doesn't interact with other kids, doesn't eat normal food, doesn't sleep at night, you would know what hell is.

Those things that are bothering you really is no big deal after some years, take it easy.
