上周我的第一次面视

director and 2 sennior interview 我们5人（1黑，　1白，　2印度，1中，2女3男），director　问了2个问题，　答的不好，　正尴尬，　他话峰一转，问“ Are you a quick learner?　”，　答“yes.　”，　下意识的，问“If I train you, how long do you think that you are ready for work?　”，　不确定他真正的意思，　是讽刺吗，　还是期待正面答复。沉默思考，　他好象很失望，　跳过，又草草问了2个其它的问提，　就结束了。
应该怎样回答合适？是不是应该aggressive，　更自信点，不是很会吹牛的性格，又很敏感。

不知道jamesxu的漂亮太太是怎样处理gap in resume，感觉有gap，recuriter都很少电话。
