公司不appreciate overtime怎么办？

我是个小公司的 Sr accountant.最近三个月活多人少每天都在加班，少则一小时，多则两三小时，还去过周末。本以为无偿自愿加班这种事公司应该多少 appreciate，至少偶尔在别的时间上有需要时给我点灵活性什么的。 结果前两个礼拜因为去physical therapy有四天早上晚到了一小时，人家也二话不说照扣不误。 之前CFO让我把要去therapy的日子email给他和HR，过了一天秘书就要我填absense form.我当时就火冒，NND，我每天的overtime都多过这一小时，你们连这点灵活性都不给。当时去找CFO抱怨，他就糊弄着我说是误会，我就明确告诉他不希望他们扣我的sick hours.以为这事就完了，结果上周的支票上就被扣了时间。 今天下班前写了Email给CFO，刚刚看到他要和我谈。 看来这事还没了， 明天如果他真要坚持什么公司破policy什么的， 那我就让他扣， 但同时也告诉他我很dissapointed. 以后的overtime还做不做就看本小姐的心情了。大家还有什么主意吗？
