大家帮忙想想看，怎样做这个小老板？

最近换了个工作，算是个小老板，其实下面就一个TECHNICiaN， 实际工作都得自己做，所以开始都把时间发在研究小组维服的系统上； 而没有发一点精力在部门正在也纂写的STRATIGICAL BUSINESS PLAN， 在初稿完成时，我没发现我的名字在MANGEMENT TEAM 中。我的老板给我的EMAIL 也附给我的 TECHNICIAN。 我想她应该是对我的工作不满意才这样的。我才工作3 星期，现在的系统， 复杂的问题部门没人能帮，只能靠自己，所以我才拼命想早点搞懂， 平时也没少加班，没想还是不能叫老板满意，这里只有我一个中国人，真不知怎样才好，大家有经验，请多指教，我想我还是不会为人处世吧。 行郁闷！
