您说的对，但是又不完全对

chinese student and scholar association， equal employment office， career development office， postdoc association什么的是不管这些事物。俺觉得要找相关的机构。比如，单位的HR什么的。关键是要找到这个职位在雇佣和解雇的时候都要有哪些条件。这个弄清楚就好办了。俺上面回的就是这个意思。很多不相关的机构无法做出适合的回答，最多就是嬉皮笑脸的把人打发走。
