还有这样压工资的呐？高人给说说幕后可能的情况？

我面试一高级分析员的职位，现在临到给offer,对方说我的背景更适合分析员的职位。

这个工作是对方的HR先找得我，就是高级分析员的职位. 面试一整天也都谈的是这个职位。 向我的reference(前老板) 调查问卷上都写的是这个职位。这一个月来一直告诉我offer on the way. Everybody loves me a lot.

今天突然告诉我他们要给我分析员的职位，这也太缺德了吧？要是提前告诉我有可能以分析员而不是高级分析员录用我，我根本不会去面试的。气忿呐!

哪有这么玩儿的? 诸位说说如果你们在这个情况下, 即将和你的Hiring Manager进行一次电话会谈,你们将说什么? 如何应对?

大家估计一下对方的思路是什么?
