经过5个月的漫长程序。。。

终于得到了一个口头OFFER，但工资比我要求的低11%，开价只比我现在的高15%，但那里的生活费用比我这里高14%左右（主要是房子贵1倍），变成平级跳槽，很失望，现在我很想拒绝，大家有什么好意见，一般跳槽要有多少实质的加薪，20%，30%？
