Get the offer first, then negitiate

If current job is still enjoyable, if there is no advantage on the skill side for the jump (means not jump for new skills, or change to dissent career), then only jump after get a better $$.

At least this can be a good chance to do the negotiation, see how good you can get from the negotiation.
