I am sure it is not design. I guess it is operation, for testing and process. He said his boss (the director
) always work around the hours with tons of emails. Whenever there are problems, they have to fix that, especially when there are new products.
If he follows the same path, the life would be always like that, or it will get better?
Or, should I ask him to change his career path, he is in early 30s, with bachelor's in EE. With his background, what other fields with less workload and better schedule can he work? How much would be the pay?
Or, should I ask him to get a MS degree, in what fields that can make a reasonable pay and have a reasonable schedule?
Thanks again!
