车祸---请网友分析责任何方？

地点：San Jose, CA
时间：8:25am, 10/2/2008

图1、示意图
本人驾驶小车正常速度直行，卡车减速进入中间道，
小车继续正常速度直行，略并排与卡车。此时，卡车
突然右转，小车向路边躲闪。卡车继续右转，小车急
刹车。碰撞在路边。
小车受卡车正侧面挤撞，基本报废。本人轻伤（也许
有潜在的受伤），卡车司机无受伤害，卡车右前轮外
表受损。


图2、现场照片
刹车印约2个小车车身长，没有很深痕迹，当时本人
没有想到卡车右转（前面是丁字路口，卡车应向左转）
一开始只是躲闪，并没有踩死刹车。刹车印也显示
小车是从右边道路中间躲闪到路边。


图3、警察报告：
警察到场后没有与双方司机交谈，只与卡车司机的同事略作
交谈后并根据最后撞车现场完成报告。（事故现场在卡车公
司门口）在警察交给我报告时，说100%责任在小车，我想
解释，但警察已匆匆离去。事后我看警察画的图明显与事实
有偏差。图中显示卡车是直行，而小车是曲线。逻辑上不通。

本人观点：
卡车为右转，减速进入中间道，此时卡车没有开方向灯，
小车匀速在右边道中间直行，并排与卡车，当卡车右转时，
小车被迫向路边躲闪并刹车。撞车后，卡车右转方向灯亮，
有可能卡车进入中间道才开方向灯，而此时下车已并排卡车
因此，没有看到。

各位大侠帮忙分析一下，难道真如警察所言，全是我的责任？
