找过一位律师，她不是很积极，她希望我
1、事后应该马上叫救护车
2、马上看病，请假在家，最好把事情高大

可我担心：如果官司打不赢，我岂不“雪上添霜”吗？

我的保险公司是aaa，他们正在处理中，有朋友告诉我
保险公司有时怕麻烦，因损失不大，会放弃事实真相。
