Plank .....好奇,今天第一次试

Google: The average plank time varies by fitness level, with most beginners holding for 30-60 seconds, intermediates for 1-2 minutes, and advanced individuals for 2-3 minutes or more, while the general average for adults often falls around one minute, but elite performers can hold planks for significantly longer, with some exceeding 10 minutes

 

我把目标定在3, 到3的时候,腰,腿,腹有感觉了, 只是 elbow 的皮肤和骨头感觉有些疼(在硬 area rug 上)。 估计得用软垫子才能多几分钟。

(好像李医生说做过 10 分钟,遥不可及的感觉)
