没有及时加coolant，真的会烧坏引擎吗？

今天终于去了一个修车铺，他们说引擎油和coolant都混在一起了，虽然没有打开检查引擎，但他们认为很大可能需要换引擎。我这几天还必须开车，他们让我每天早震检查水箱，如果空了就加水用来给引擎降温。

我看还是换台车算了，换个引擎需要一万多。
