新车开了一个半月，3000 MILE， 需要换油吗？有说道，

新车第一次换油要早，是这样吗？。以后按照手册规定间隔或者自动提醒信息。另外，机油和coolant都在MIN位置，厂家也太抠门了。如果不换，需要加吗？谢谢。
