请教大家帮忙，volvo s40 repair cost

volvo s40 2004.5， 马上要上105k miles, 前两天因为check engine light on 去 dealer 那里检查，被给了一个长长的维修单，总计大概$3000。项目如下：
1. Replace both rear tires
2. Alignment (found inner edges has excessive wear)
3. Replace broken right engine mount ($290)
4. Replace both control arms ($780)
5. Replace front struts ($830)
6. Diag time to find oil leak
还有一个faulty fuel pressure sensor，　因为是check engine light on的原因，　当时就换了。这车现在除了在６０mile左右有点震的利害，其他还都挺好的，油耗也不高(30 mpg highway). 现在考虑到马上又得换timing belt和water pump, 还得$1500，觉得太贵了。请教大家帮忙看一下，上面那些项目真需要换么，怕被dealer骗了，还有dealer给的费用合理么？不太handy,也不大懂车， 让大家见笑了。
