Since your volvo is over 100k miles, 不值得去dealer花$100/hr的labor fee去修,可以找一个专修volvo的local shop,叫他们查一下,给你一个second opinion。这些店可能又脏又乱,又没有漂亮blonde在service你咖啡和bagel, 但是这些店的owner或者master tech都是Volvo dealer shop干过若干年,属于媳妇熬成婆那种,技术一流。
Volvo dealer的service adviser把可修可不修的都给你写上。It's a way to generate revenue。 Or it could possible "scare" the customer so that he or she would choose to ditch the car and buy a new one.
先做alignment,看你的volvo还抖不抖(as indicated by others)。如果还抖,可能engine mount有换掉。
item 4, 一般control arm要换,可能它上面的ball joint坏了,造成alignment不正。Don't rush on this, have the local indie shop give you 2nd option.
item 5,一般都建议你100K mile换,你不换,只是坐得不舒服,You might feel very little bumps on the road. But this is not an "absolutely-have-to-be-done-now" kinda item.
item 6,要查一下,知道一下哪里漏,只是一搬的渗漏,no need to worry about it too much。
Find an local indie shop that specializes in Volvo and ask them to take a look(don't show the dealer report to them).
