Serious problem with Honda Pilot

各位车友, 本人现有一事需要大家帮忙参谋参谋.

事情是这样的: 2004年10月购入HONDA PILOT,除油耗不甚理想之外, 此车其他都还可以, 本来约好今天做60K保养, 谁知昨天下班路上(LOCAL), CHECK ENGINE灯和VTM-4灯同时亮, 并伴有噪音和烟雾, 我当即把车送到HONDA DEALER.

今天他们检查后说, 第5缸的火花塞掉了, 冲到汽缸头里面, 烧坏了COIL,并造成汽缸头受损,给我打电话的老兄说, 这种现象非常少见. 我当下觉得这是质量问题, 他本人也同意这点, 但鉴于DEALER的身份, 他不能正式告知这是质量问题, 他说可以给地区HONDA代表打电话看看是否能有HONDA出资修复, 电话结果是5年以上HONDA不负责.

我又给HONDA CUSTOMER SERVICE打过电话, 结果一样.

本人开车属于比较温和型的, 从不大转速和高速行驶,定期换油和保养, 车况保持良好,且没有任何事故.

这是纯质量问题, HONDA应该负责维修.

请各位大侠给出出主意, 看看怎样能讨还公道, 把我修理的钱要回来(DEALER预估2200美刀.
