修正我的煞車門解釋

我前貼的解釋有些問題。事情沒有那么復雜。比較簡單的解釋是當加速板被踏下時，ECM不會理會剎車板被踏下。

造成致命車禍的情形可能是如下。駕駛因為某種原因加速，然后他將腳放松，但加速板卡住，車子因此繼續加速，這時他踩剎車ECM也不理會，最后車子失控。
