车刚做full service，MOT，今天发现发动机冷却液基本没了

今天要开车去机场接人，车刚启动，噪音特别大，就一直怀疑车出了毛病，可是对车一窍不通的我还是开了个把小时的高速去接人了。
回来的路上，才注意到温度计显示经常达到红色警戒。战战兢兢开回家，打开车盖一看，冷却液基本上没有了。
是不是太危险了？吓得我都失魂落魄了。车子半个月前才做了full service，MOT，难道不差这一项的吗？garage有责任吗？
