They either forgot to fill up or didn't tighten up the drainage

This was apparently bad job from the dealer or shop. If you go to them, they might fix it for you or simply deny it. Luckily you didn't burn your engine looks like. You need to fill coolant before you drive it again (or only within 5 miles before temp goes up).

This is one of reasons we encourage DIY.
