请教大家，在Treasury Direct买的Treasur bills，到期之前，如果需要用钱，可以提前卖掉吗？

比如买50万的6个月的T-Bill，3个月后看到个房子想出手，可以在Treasury Direct网站上提前卖掉T-Bill吗？

另外，Treasury Direct的account balance，可以拿来当用proof of fund用吗？谢谢！
