这个是个好deal嘛。有上了agent给我发过来的info。

Apartment builing 1900 老砖房。15unit 其中2 个是commercial 一家租给杂货店。$1500/月。另一家租个理发店。$1200/月。8个 1bedroom apartment， 5个2bedroom apartment 租金 700-1000不等。 

要价1.7米。

其他的expense的信息（觉得是monthly吧。不然怎么这么低？要去确认下）

差区。但是section 8 需求量大。

第一次看着这大的building.心里没有谱。。希望大佬们指点。
