这个时候还要不要买？！拿到一个fixer upper的房子，属于入门型的白菜房

低于市价15%，大概花市价的5%-7%作基本的renovation，也就是相当于跟市价比，低8%左右，如果装修后出租，租金可以cover PITI，剩$200-300/月。

今天开escrow，但是有些纠结，会不会站岗，最近看到不少房子back on market。大家怎么看？谢谢！
