same experience but with fidelity . the tech said new city code for 1000$ modification and they will pay 500$ but I need to pay another 500 bucks for repair too.wtf, I can get a brand new heater at tht price. I asked for 500$ compensation of check and I evantaully spent 80$ to fix the issue with earning of 500-75-80.
