这个礼拜全家来南加看房,决定搬到IRVINE附近,小孩一个刚进KINDER,一个明年KINDER,这里感觉很KIDS FRIENDLY,PLAYGROUND到处都是,路也不是啃啃巴巴的,比湾区好多了。这里新房很多,房价和我住的San Jose也差不多,不过学区好,所以搬家是NO BRAINER。只是考虑是现在买还是租,07年时吃过亏,当时在MILPITA买的CONDO在11年被拦腰一刀,好不容易熬到去年卖了,少亏点就是了。现在又10年过了,感觉着又要轮回了,所以想请教这里的大侠。我现在打算是把房子卖了,然后搬去南加租新房,房子大概可以卖90万吧,都付清了,放入股市一年5万的PROFIT应该没问题,可以PAY房租,然后等待时机。各位给我参谋一下,或着有更好的IDEA,谢谢。
想请教这里的投资专家,现在是买还是租。
