有一个问题要请教大家。以前是我和PM签合同， PM和租客签lease。现在改成我和PM签合同，我和租客签lease。新旧PM都是有license 的agents。新PM说他只是帮我工作，应为房子不是他的。看起来地二种方法，我的risk 要高一点。我要注意点那些问题呢？谢谢。
