Thank you, Miat!

I would like to thank you for your posts and insights.

Early this year, I was concerned that the bidding war on houses because all the low-end houses got 20-30 offers.  You commented on the high-end house potential and not many people competing in that market yet.  That comment really helped me to open my mind to a different markt,  I bought a house one week after reading and thinking of your post.

Since then, the high-end market really picked up in my area.
