0 gap is nice, but not necessary

Rental business is not for 1 day, it's for the longer-term.

There is no need to squeeze yourself and your tenant to 0 gap.

A few days gap actually is helpful.  Some of the critical checks you want to do with the property can not be done with 0 gap.
