作为a small business owner，你要注意的是什么呢？

1. You want to own a good business - In RE investment, that's the quality of your property, this translates to location, location location. 当然如果你的business model就是在drug infested area刨食，那也是一种niche play，just be prepared。

2. After you find a good property, what price you pay dictates if you are going to make money or lose money.

If you acquired a good property at good price, then how to run your business profitablly is about how well you manage your customers (tenants), manage your contractors, manage your attorney, your CPA, etc.
