第二章,开始是上油的介绍,很简单的。去掉锅上和锅底的所有标签,洗净擦干,放几勺Deep Fry Oil(不要用Extra Virgin 类的油),低温加热一会。再倒掉油,洗净擦干。

用户手册里特别提到,不要将强酸性食物留在锅里超过6个小时。再有就是最好用非金属菜勺,虽然用金属的不会破坏锅,但会留下划痕。

清洗很简单,如果很少一点白痕,试试用paper towel擦掉。家里很常见的white rice vinegar,也很好用。
