It doesn't take more than two hours to complete the whole process.
You could find the time interval very easily during a weekend day.
A good Ol' bread machine does most of the job.
All you need to do is to put things inside, wait for an hour, take the dough out, shape it, steam.
Or if you have the patience to wait for the dough to rise in room temperature,
it takes closer observation and several hit and miss trials. Don't recommend all that work.
That said, I don't feel so fascinated about all the talks about making the buns or steamed foods.
It is actually not rocket science but a housewife routine for making those things- in my grandma's time.
