It's not hard to make, but takes a long time to wait.
The longer your dough rests, the better. Maybe three to four hours total.
I don't think it's a good dish for party though. It's just a mixture of noodles, chicken and stir fried veges.
Not guarantee everyone would like it. I personally think it's way too humble to treat guests.
Why don't you cook something you've already mastered, with better materials?
