You are doing well in current position.

Some project manager postion can be promoted to higher level.

"工作结束后会有提升的机会。" However, nobody know what is that 机会, nd be promoted to which position.

You need take the risk and think about what will you do if you do not get promted in that posiion after 1.5 year.

Choose what is you really want todo, and do it.

For me:  1) $$, 2) Comfortable Life Style, 3)Marketable Skill Sets; are the three factors to choose a job.
