agree, super rich have so many tax loopholes to reduce

Their tax rate even below 9%.
Make it simple is a good idea. However, it won't be done. Big accounting and wall street firms will kill it. They will lose big money if tax code is simplified. Wall street had invented so many derivatives just to avoid taxation for the rich.
