我打算个我的三岁女儿买个房。

一个普通的50万的公寓楼，保守估计有8%的现金流。假设通胀维持在3%，假设40万贷款，如果持有15年，女儿2025年上大学的时候卖掉税后应该有25万美元（2011年value）。

如果买个现金流很高的公寓楼，比如18%。同样的假设，那么2025年会有38万余钱。

而且，听说像我这样比杨白劳还穷的地主小孩是可以申请国家学费补助的。
