Anyone with HUD home purchase experiecne, please help.

I got a bid accepted by HUD. Now I am in the process of sign the contract. I went through the contract with Realtor last night.  It doesn't have any  protections that a buyer should expect, i.e. title insurance, survey, tax prorations, transfer taxes, etc. My atterney advise me to walk away from this deals. Does anyone have anything to say about HUD homes purchase process? Thanks in advance.
