回复：You must prove that you have high deductible medial insurance

Since you filed online, I think you didn't claim your insurance is high deductible, otherwise, the software should make it tax free automatically for you.

So, I think it is your fault when filing. However, if you indeed had high insurance deductible plan, you can show the proof and I believe the issue can be resolved.
